Word Dock Icon's

I just recently, or not recently but last year, used the word Icon's in my dock. I really loved them, but something happened to my PC and I had to replace the hard drive which helped my lose a lot of files. I was wondering if anyone has these word icons to be used in my dock. If you do, or no where I could find them, I would really appreciate if you could let me know.
