TrueTransparency is for putting the minmax on the left side.

he is using xp, see bar at the bottom, only in Xp, I believe the theme is Deuce, on deviantart.com, dont know but thats probably it, ohh and Bizzit, enjoy the leftsider

yeah truetransparency actually doesn't add transparency, I like it better than leftsider...
