Apple code to windows xp or vista code

Anyone know of a program downloadable for windows that converts apple binary code to windows binary code so that I can download an apple program or even mac os x leopard and convert the files to run on windows?

Vice versa with apps like Crossover, but Mac Apps are firmly remaining on the OSX platform, sorry! Oh and it's illegal to run Leopard on non-mac hardware, btw.

Hmmm true, I saw this video time ago, and thought that MacDrive could install Mac apps, but thanks to my sh*tty internet, I couldn't see the video again :S . But still I think that is possible to code Apple to Windows, I just don't know how XD

It's possible in the same way wine lets you run windows on linux. Barely, and not going to happen.
