getmanan, add the --single-process argument to the shortcut and GDI++ will function correctly.

Note however, that this rather defeats many of the advantages of Chrome's multi-process architecture - effectively restricting the process management to that of Firefox or Opera.

Kind regards,

James

First: Thanks really for this wonderful app.

I just have 2 questions:

1) For some reason, the newer GDI++ (in which the gdi++.dll file has the version # 8.0.2007.927) does not work with me because the tray exe tells me "could not load gdi++.dll" but the older version of GDI++ works fine but it has the older dll file with v8.0.2006.1127). I tried to replace the gdi++.exe and also the dll file with the new versions but I get the same error. Any explanation for this???

2) Is it advisable now to turn off the cleartype in XP?

Unfortunately, It seems to me that it does not support Arabic after viewing some pages in Arabic in Firefox :( so I'm forced to keep the ClearTupe option just for Arabic.

is there anything I can do to fix this? I just wish I turn off the "ClearType" technology to give my machine a boost because right now it became slow a little bit regarding the GUI. Also I'd appreciate if someone tells me how to use the latest version of GDI++ without getting this error message "could not load GDI++.dll"

Appreciating your kind inputs...

How do I add that argument "to the shortcut"?

I'd also like GDI++ to work in Google Chrome...

Thanks!!

To all Windows 7 users: disable GDI++ when using Safari 4, otherwise you'll notice that some letters just disappear or that some sites just look ugly :P

You can adjust the font smoothing in the browser itself (in the options menu: choose MEDIUM).

Greetings!

Nice app. It renders fonts pretty nice.

The only problem I'm having is that the title font in all windows is, or replaced by these ugly font, or having some kind of rendering problem. Anyone with the same problem in Windows Vista?

Yeah, Me too, I'm not really sure what to do, but your not alone :)
