Will there be no skin for IPB?

Nice to meet you all and thanks for the amazing skins.

I've closely follow the IPB version of Aqua skin in some topics since IPB 2.2 isn't released yet.

The latest reply about this posted by Timan said that it will be released when IPB2.2 released. Now the version is 2.3.3 and I couldn't see a glance at all.

I'm mainly using IPB in my forum (PHPBB just a temp forums). So I am looking forward to see the full IPB Aqua-Soft skin. Could you please tell me if it is in developing or stopped and won't be release?
