Fonts not applying

Most of my fonts apply through desklet properties, but there are some that don't apply no matter what I do. They all work in other apps.

Any suggestions? They are ttf. Using Windows XP.

are the fonts that do not work usable in other applications (word, photoshop, paint, even changing windows fonts?) (from desklet i'll assume its windows you're using).

Just apply the font you like. Then restart Avedesk, that should work

Yep, that's all it took. I've never had to do that before to get the fonts to work. Thank you.
