Can some one make a Windows Itunes/ Windows Safari Skin. I mean like something to match it exactly or simi exactly? With all the buttons and tweeks that you would like?

i've been looking for a skin that looks like the itunes in XP, none of the red yellow green orbs, but the regular itunes buttons in XP
