Program for skinning Vista

Hi who know in what program can I edit Vista visual style. I dont like how looks start button ad I want change this.

I think right now you have to use a res hack program.

You can use SkinStudio to create skins that will work on Vista. SkinStudio 5.5 which is more compatible with creating Vista skins should be on it's way soon.
