Recommended Posts

HEllo!! I'm new here and hope someone can help. would be greatly appreciated!

My desktop situation: I have a fresh installed windows xp version finally runnin. I would love to make my desktop look like Mac OSX...read about conversions already but am afraid that it maybe too slow...is flyakite 3.5 recommended or are older versions better? if so, where can i get them??? my pc has 1,6ghz btw

firefox situation: i tried to make my firefox (the latest version before 2.0) look like a safari browser. it didnt work for some reason. I tried several themes, among them safire...which looked like the best and i would love to get that working. After doin several things in the user chrome i had improvement but my main problem was tthat i still had the big blue mozilla and IE like browser frame on top and the frame on bottom. the rest looked like safari, though. that sucks and i dont know what to do! please help

Well,

1) Don't double post.

2) Search before you post.

As for the text on the taskbar, you can use a program to do this. Rosie (http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=35376) and McBar (http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=18983) are programs that can do this,

or you can use FinderBar (http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=18983), which uses your existing taskbar.

There's always ObjectBar, but you gotta pay.
