[request]tiger mail skin for thunderbird

i know people were working on it, but that thread got closed, so consider this TOTALLY unrelated from that. this would be a simple request thread for some one who knows how to skin thunderbird to wip one up.

well ill see if i can find a good tutoroal on how to skin thunderbird, and ill try to take a stab at it.

i would need the resorces though. if anyone wants to hook me up.

I made a version for my own use. I never thought of releasing it since there didn't seem to be much interest.

It will need polishing up a bit with better icons but otherwise it's pretty close.

I'm not on windows at the moment, when I get onto it I'll post a screenie, see if anyone is interested.

I thought fannymites was gonna be releasing a version he had. I guess everyones busy at moment. Oh yeah i just downloaded a teaser version of Avedesk 1.3, anyone know about that?, it doesnt seem to have been a big sham bang about the release of it.

Damnit, I'd like to participate but I'm really short on Internet traffic up to the end of the week . humm, I think I was making that skin with dan. if anyone know dan, then just ask him for the skin files, I'm not sure if I have them, can prolly check. we got realy far on it, so no use in u guys starting all over.

Hey guys, been really busy lately with work and things. I'd like to finish this skin, but there's f ew things I don't know how todo yet with thunderbird's skinning engine. If anyone's familiar with it, drop me a message or email whatever, and we can figure something out;)

P.S. Anyone here have the extracted Tiger resources from the main interface? Updating my Tiger windwoblinds skins for w.b. 5 but need teh original Tiger resources. Thanx.
