You will need to change the url for the xml feed to include &link=xoap&prod=xoap. This should fix the error that you're seeing. On a side note, the extended forecast is only the current + next 4 days. Or, you can change the url to reference xml.weather.com instead of xoap.weather.com This method will keep the extended forecast as it was.

I made a few adjustments to the xml file which details where the information is gathered from. The trick is to change the url to be xml.weather.com/.... forthe first two objects in the xmls section.

Remove the Languages folder. You may also need to place d3dx9_36.dll in the Avedesk installation folder.
