  1. I know I'd bomb an innocent country if it meant more bandwidth for the Aqua-Soft community.
  2. Yeah, I heard a lot of people had problems with their wireless connections in Ubuntu. I know that Edgy fixed a lot of them, but they're still there. I don't have a wireless connection on the computer that I have Ubuntu setup on though so I'm not sweating.
  3. I made the switch to Ubuntu a while ago, and when Edgy was released I naturally upgraded. Little did I know how exciting my experience with Ubuntu was about to get; shortly after I upgraded to Edgy I found out about a program called Compiz/Beryl (Beryl is a fork of Compiz) that accelerates the desktop using your nVidia graphics card. Basically meaning amazing effects at very low system resource consumption. Here's what my computer does: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCABW12LNec This may be old news to some of you, if this is the case then please, check your negative comments at the door.
  4. Yeah, that would be totally awesome, like OSX does already. Give it separate hotkeys and everything, that would be so nice.
  5. I thought it would be that easy as well, yet when I do that it doesn't work.
  6. Excellent excellent excellent amazing beautifully done program. I do have some problems, however: making my Hotkey be one of the options in the second drop down menu. I have to put Alt + or Control + something, but what if I just want it to be F12? I tried selecting the white space but no luck. Also WinExpose crashes and resets color depth to 14 bit when I try to enable my TV as primary monitor using nVidia's control panel.
  7. Hey, does anyone have a working link to 0.0.25? I can't seem to find one. Thanks.
  8. This removes the rectangle on the dialog buttons as well? Damn, great job man.
  9. @Sandman: those are funky apples! They're a little rough around the edges =(
  10. Yes. So clumsy and annoying, had all my wallpapers on it though
  11. I actually had a very similar problem a few days ago. My computer would freeze either immediately after login, or about 5 minutes into a game. Eventually it just stopped booting up at all. I had a hunch that it was the power supply, so I dropped $35 on a new Antec SmartPower 400 watt power supply and hooked it up. Problem solved; apparently I just had a case of dying power supply. If you can, try to hook up your system to a different power supply and see if it acts any differently.
