If you use IconBuilder from the IconFactory you can create the open-state image. It's a payware Photoshop pulg-in but it has a trial period.

FAK3.5 has an option to install ObjectDock in its installer and if I remember well it's activated by default. So it probably overwrote your original installation...

Yep! I think I've used some not-really-white color for some of the icons in this volume. I'll try to fix it asap. Sorry pals!
