  1. I'm going to throw together a multi-monitor setup today and see what happens. Thanks ZeroC00l.
  2. It should act like any regular window... But who knows, I could have forgotten about something. If anybody else out there with dual monitors could try the app and tell me if they have any trouble, I'd really appreciate it. ZeroC00l, does it crash with an error or just stops responding? Do the keyboard buttons still work when it's on the other screen? Sorry for not having anything very definitive to ask you
  3. Heh, no, that's not supposed to happen. I don't have multiple monitors but I'll see if I can figure it out.
  4. Hi all, I was using the standard Windows calculator the other day and thought that the Windows world could use a good clone of the OS X calculator... So Skalc was born. I realize it doesn't do much other than simple calculations, but that's what I'm doing 95% of the time so I figured others could find this program useful too. It also has a very flexible skinning engine that uses pngs so you can go wild and do whatever you want with it Download Here Requires .NET 2.0.
  5. San Antonio: That's really weird, not sure what's going on there. I'll look into it. lukevink: It stops playing the volume sound if it thinks there are a lot of changes happening to the volume to reduce CPU usage (playing the sound a lot is cpu-intensive). On the other hand, maybe there's something I'm missing. Let me know if it isn't behaving the way it should. tja: You could integrate a numerical value by creating a bitstrip skin and then drawing whatever percentage onto each "slide" of the skin. There's a bitstrip example included, you should be able to figure it out (would take a li
  6. Bob, do you have Framework 2.0? It's possible to just have 1.1 installed and not 2.0, other than that I have no clue. Haven't heard of this happening so far. San Antonio, the next release will let you pick wave instead of master. It's unfortunately not possible right now. As for the controller, if you just drag it to where you want it to show, it will remember its last position. The reason I did this is that in some cases the shadow of the window can pop up over the taskbar and then you can't click any of the tray icons until the controller is closed. I'll look into fixing it, but I don
  7. 3RVX is a complete overhaul of 3R-1C and it provides a bunch of new features and enhancements. I'll spare you all the rambling about what it can do and just let you try it for yourself. It requires the .NET Framework 2.0 and if you're Running Vista you'll need to set it to Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode so everything works right. The readme should cover everything else. So without futher ado... 3RVX 1.0

  9. I don't think it's possible to get it turned back into vb code unless you compiled it into "pseudo-code" (I think VB 2-4 used pcode only, so that's why you can find those resources). edit: reading up on this a bit, it seems that the vb6 version of pcode is different from the older ones. :|
  10. ABC here. Easy to customize/skin, works well. It does have some strange bugs, but nothing too important.
  11. Where's the proof here? Is there any solid evidence that this really happened?
  12. It's great, loving the new release. I'd also like the compact menu extension..
  13. Wow, this is a really nice tutorial. Thanks a lot! (Y)
