  1. Here are all the PNG's I could find within the Finder Resources. Not much there really... 12 PNG's in total. Link removed to save bandwidth.
  2. Ya just gotta look around. New drivers pop up all the time.
  3. Well for grins, I enabled it and loaded the patched AppleHDA.kext I got from Insanely Mac forum for the sound card and yes, it does actually work. It doesn't enable all the features of the ADI board, but it plays sound.
  4. No, but then again I never had a need for it. I've had the on board sound card disabled in the bios long before I installed Leopard.
  5. OK Jesus, you can get off your cross now. :slant:
  6. Here ya go... oh wait... is this considered a rip. :slant: Let's see... 30 seconds to open Photoshop (slow laptop), 1 minute to figure out where I had the file, 2 seconds to invert the image, 5 seconds to figure out where in the hell to save it to. Total time 1 minute 37 seconds. It took me longer to type this post and upload the file than it took to make it. EDIT: Yes it's too small... it's useless, just like the original.
  7. Meth... it destroys the calcium in your body. First thing to go is the teeth. I smoked for over 20 years. Didn't bother me much. Just got tired of paying a small fortune for a lousy pack of smokes. I quit almost 5 years ago. Was it tough... hell ya, but at least I'm not forking over nearly $5 pack for smokes anymore. More money to buy guitar with. :-)
  8. That's Juan Cabana's work. He made that a few years ago. He's made a few different variations of these over the years. Creepy looking, but it takes a lot of talent and skill to make one of these. Check out his gallery. http://www.thefeejeemermaid.com/gallery1.htm
  9. <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yu_moia-oVI"> Nice one Tim.
  10. Ya know I love this stuff. I get a kick out of the nooobs that live in denial. Did you actually read the rules for the hack? Obviously not. You had to EXECUTE CODE on the system to extract the file and THEN view the files content. It's a legitimate hack. We all know that ANY system can be hacked. I'm more curious to see what method they guy used. He won't release the details until Apple plugs the hole.
  11. It had nothing to do with the fact that it was a Mac Book Air. It was OS X and a hole in Safari's security that he exploited. The user didn't have to install anything. That is why I'm curious to know what the hole was he exploited. Here were the rules...
  12. Had to have been an embedded Java routine. We all know how well Safari and Flash get along.
  13. Gone in 2 Minutes: Mac Gets Hacked First in Contest A MacBook Air goes down first at the CanSecWest security conference's hacking contest. http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,143901-pg,1/article.html I'm curious to find out what Safari hole he used to get in.
  14. I already have an 8GB iPhone. I dig it. I have my complaints, but the thing does what I need it to do. 3G is not important to me, so it didn't factor in. Call quality was my concern and I'm happy with it.
  15. Font rendering on the Windows platform still sucks. It's ugly as sin. Plus it still tries to render web controls (i.e. Submit buttons, drop down menus, dialog boxes with the ugly blue glow) to look like Apple buttons. I have an idea... how about they let it render web controls the way the web designer implemented them. Safari 3.1 Firefox IE7 But it does run smoother than the previous version.
  16. Qwest Communications VDSL - 3 Mbps up/down - $29.99 per month Fiber connection won't be available in my area for another year. When that happens, I will be able to get 50Mbps up/down, but the pricing isn't available yet.
  17. So if I read the pic right, the iPhone is a smartphone... so what is considered a "Premium smartphone"?
  18. Guess you didn't bother to look at the screen shot? 10.5.2 running on a Dell OptiPlex GX-620
  19. Kalyway 10.5.2 doesn't mess up the ATM Apple logo. I still haven't decided if I want to spoil this on yet by dual booting XP or Vista with it.
  20. Only WEP and WPA-PSK [TKIP] is supported. No RADIUS support and no WPA2-PSK [AES] support either. Makes it a real ***** because I HAVE to use WPA2-PSK [AES] when connecting my work laptop to my home network. Just a real PITA to change the router settings every time I switch devices. No "N" router support either.
  21. I dig my iPhone... copy and paste would be nice, but I've gotten used to not having it. Flash support is a good idea, but rendering Flash pages is very CPU intensive. Battery drain/life is a major concern for any cell phone maker and I think Apple chose to leave it out for the sake of battery life. I would still prefer to have the choice though. My biggest gripe is the piss poor Blue tooth implementation and the lack of full 802.x wireless protocol support. I had to reduce the security on my WiFi router so I could connect to it with my iPhone. But Jailbreaking is my friend and lots of cool tw
  22. Any of you ever thought that the site requires IE because it may be using an ActiveX control.
  23. Unless I'm missing something new about it, it's been there since 1.1.1 It's not disk mode, it just allows you to get pictures OFF of your iPhone via Windows Explorer. You still cannot write to the iPhone.
