I recommend hostgator.com they are one of the best in the business and have accounts for only a few dollars a month.

It used to be sitepoint, until they changed to no follow, they are still pretty good though. But my new favorite is Digitalpoint now, because these sites have taught me well.

I use Facebook, delicious and I'm looking at Squidoo.
