This thread is for posting 'releases' of music you have recorded. This is not just for GarageBand users, but also for users of Acid, Propellerhead, Reason, etc.

Please only post links to downloads in this thread. If you would like to comment on/review a song, please PM the artist.

Dead links will be removed, so be sure to use reliable servers! (Y)

I didn't make these in GarageBand or anything, just traditional recording equipment.

A few sample songs.

Here is a song I whipped up with fruity loops.
Anyone know of any other program that is free to trial, with full features, other than F-Loop? All fl's samples blow, dance music sh*t...
Or mebbe just a site to download samples?

EDIT
I made another one:

Sheesh, I guess I should go spelunking in all the subforums eh?

Anyways, here's a track I started working on 6 months ago. Haven't had much time to work on it, I took a 'summer break' from recording for a while to refresh my creative spirit.

Details: All audio recording and editing was done in Sound Forge, synths, effects and sequencing was done in Reason 2.5. It's a rough mix, merely the backbone of the track, I recorded and sequenced everything in about 2 hours. A finished version should hopefully be done soon. Also note that I haven't mastered it (because of the fact that the track is far from finished).

i was playing guitar today and i decided to record a bit of what i was playing. it's just some improvization (solos and acoustic guitar) with a cheap mic setup, so sorry for the crappy sound.

i'm the sole creator, and i'm working on making them into songs. maybe i'll post my piano work another day.

just go to: http://www.angelfire.com/ab8/dreamz7/

and add solo.mp3 or acoustic.mp3 to the end. :)

Waiting For My Turn

This one was recorded during rehearsal.
It's not perfect performed and the sound is crappy because it was recorded on dictaphone.
Anyway, there are some pieces of music there. :)

I really dig that...sounds pretty good wiz...my only gripe is that the guitar sounds kind of out of tune here and there...not sure if its the recording or what....other than that, I like what I hear

Thanks for comment!
And you're right about untuned guitar.
Actually, we have two of them, and in the middle of rehearsal second guitar has lost its first string, so we had to stretch it in unusual way.
Sounds crappy, I know :)
P.S. But I like how it goes with my Korg AX1500G :P

My vocals is a temporary event (because it's suxx :P ).
