Litte Blue Squares Rate Topic: -----

I dont mean to sound like a total idiot, but what do the litte blue aqua-colored squares under certain members names mean? I would imagine for # of posts because there is no number value under are names, but I'm not sure. Thanks for any help.

once you get 30 posts I think you get 3 of those squares, that's what happened to me
