Hello everyone!

First of all i wanna thank Wizard for hosting the file! (THANK YOU!!!) (Y)
Nate for extracting the original icon from which i modded the icons. (Y)

Now, the file contains icons for c++, c#, vb, Web development and a set of blank icons.
'
In each of them youll find 6 different color variations to uit your mood or your theme.

I have also included the .ttf font i used that with the blank set of pngs could serve you guys to create your own icons for personal use.

Anyway, HERE is the file and you can distribute this freely as long as the readme is kept intact in the package.

Cheers
Seph

EDIT: i attached a peview for those of you who want to see before downloading...
Sorry, the preview is a bit crappy

Thanks for making these icons Seph. As you know, I've been wanting developer icons for a while (just search for my posts) and now we can all get rid of those ugly pixelated icons! They look really good. Nice job! (Y)

very nice...I think I'll add them to my site unless that is a problem. But from the sound of it, I'll just make sure the readme is intact. Great icons and I hope to see more in the same type of format!!!!

Well, we did have a thread going on ( Project Icon ) that we were asking for different types of file formats. I was the only one that suggested anything and we gave many oppritunities. I don't mean to sound rude but it really aggrevates me when we give people oppritunities to speak up, they don't and then suggest after the fact.

sorry about that...didn't mean to offend anyone. Honestly, I paid attention to the thread on the Project Icon and just was too lazy to post about file-types. ;) Anyway, I think the general windows icons such as .zip, jpg, gif, bmp, rar, exe, and so on. I can list them out later but now I don't have the time as I am at work. Sorry about the confusion again. And Thanks Seph for letting me host the files when I do...

The more I think about it, I think the font that was used in the original icon is called Papyrus. It's killing me, I need the right font. I know I put a web-site that had all of those, now I can't find it. I'll get back to tell you what I find out.

Yeah ;) You're quite right. But it's kinda 'private' joke that Seph & me were developing on MSN some days ago...sometimes people need to buy an axe and make good use of it, don't they, Seph?

Well, I found Papyrus, but it's not a match. The "O" is wide. I'll keep looking. This is bugging the heck out of me!

That font was used by Seph in the icons for the logo part. We can't find the "PROJ" font. And it's driving me insane.

.jpg
.jpeg
.bmp
.psp
.psd
.raw
.tif

Compressed:
.zip
.ace

.sit

Audio:

.asx
.m3u
.ogg
.wav

.wmv

Video:
