I downloaded a few of the themes but they don't have separate visual styles (themes don't seem to work on my computer). Is there any way to separate the visual style from the theme?

Do u mean there is no .msstyles file included? I think you can just double click the .msstyles file to apply visual styles. of course you have to copy them into the "Themes" folder .

Yeah, there are options to download the VS ports when you click on the theme name.

Here is a "Lauchy" skin I made:

You will of course need the "Chicago" font installed.
"Launchy" is a program that lets you type in the first 1-5 letters of a program, and it will launch it. Much like auto-complete in a browser search/address text input field.

my little brother owns a Sony Vaio running Windows ME and its so HORRIBLE lol

so yea is there like a dock like app for the ME system????
