Not Minimizing Windows

hi guys, I have a problem with the new xwindows dock 2.0: every time I try to minimize a windows, it always minimize on the application bar (windows 7) and never on the dock! what can I do??

I have the same problem on windows 7 64bit with the newest xwindows dock ( 2.0.3.0 )
