I have a lot of phone number want to add to my Android contact list, How to do that ? I don't know programming, please help !

Sorry but I'm not sure I understood you properly. You want to add new contacts to your contact list?? What does programming have to do with it?

More info is needed like, are you trying to transfer from one phone to the next? Also you can add contacts by uploading a CSV or vCard file to gmail contacts and sync them straight to your phone... And if you are trying to move them from one phone to the next, you can enable bluetooth on both phones and pair them and simple go to contacts and select all and send them to the next...
