i heard that uptime is given by the server, my question here is that as what server offers maximum uptime.. my current blog indexes slowly. I want to change it. any suggestions?

I guess your concern issue is slow loading blog. Make sure you optimize your blog correctly. A lot of time heavy images, modules, unwanted plugins, etc … affects on website loads time. However, you need to ping server to check whether the issue is from web host side or your end.

Optimize your static content. Compress images to get every last kilobyte out of them while retaining visual quality.. Ensure that your Web server delivers content in a compressed state — for example, mod_deflate for Apache. Clearly this should not be applied to files such as images — which are already compressed — so make sure you set up rules correctly... Support caching of data that is frequently accessed. Use Memcache or something similar. Many CMS packages support this, but be careful with dynamic data...
