Rk Launcher Conf File Question

Good afternoon,
I hope someone will read this because I see this forum is not very active.
I cannot find a description or manual what the rklauncher conf file settings mean. Most of them I can understand.

Why I need to know? Well, I hope there is a switch or command to have the rklauncher menu not be visible when I go with the mouse cursor to the bottom of a page.
Sometimes rklauncher then pops up. What to do?
