Although there are no 'icons' per se, you can get great dock png's and also IconPackager themes.

Most mac icons are in .icn formats.
You have to use iconworkshop to convert them.
.sit is a compression. you have to extract them with stuffit.
for those with .sit.hqx, simply remove the .hqx extension and you'll end with .sit
there's a tutorial at xicons.com
