the Last build can be found here
Edit: I just installed it and all I could see was a black screen and my mouse. It was painful uninstall it.
maybe you guys have better luck

The version you posted is from April 5, 2010. Newest version is from the April 16, 2010. It can be found here -> http://cairoshell.github.com/download/
