Requirements:

• Minimum: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
  
• Recommended: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, with UAC disabled(UIPI)
  
• Optional: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 for GPU accelerated effects (and compatible graphic card)

On video - it's a fresh release video will be taken later on. On web page there are few (like hour so far) of those presenting earlier version.
On issues - read troubleshooting, as seriously most of those were solved ages ago & whining around isn't very intelligent in such case. Beside current version is pretty smart most of the time to tell what's required for given feature to work.

Anyway, I especially recommend window swirl fade effect and fluid windows - those are my favourites from this release :3

P.s.: I hope that this time it will also deserve it's title (remember this is version is a revision some of the features were removed and not rewritten yet - like new window skinning engine; don't worry those will be available soon, and there is still previous 10.4 version available(mirrors on website))
