Having Windows Update Problem. Rate Topic: -----

Windows Update will not install 4 important updates. I have tried updating manually with no luck. Windows Update is giving me the following Error Code: Code 800B0100. Has anyone encountered this same problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have the same issue on 2 of my business computers. One has had it for a long time and I have not been able to resolve the issue.
Although it is some how still getting the updates installed if I go into add and remove programs all of the recent hot fixes have been there.

I haven't checked the 2nd one recently since it just started with the January updates.

Check you add and remove and see if they are mysteriously being downloaded and installed.

make sure the time and date on your PC is correct, I've seen this cause issues with windows updates.

Check whether the Windows Update components are reset. If the Windows Update components are reset, you are finished with this article. If the Windows Update components are not reset, you can contact support.
