My bar is at the bottom, but I have seen people with it at the top and stuff, I was wondering how to do it?
Dragging doesn't work and the "open the .COMF file and change the number after position" doesn't let me save it.
some one help me

Right click at the separator - Select position on screen - choose where you want the dock.
Or
Right click at separator - Settings - select positions tab - choose location - click OK
