Hi there. I'm Adobe Photoshop CS4 user, I know many features of it... BUT I had never seen it before. Please help me! How to make this effect to text? (Bevel and Emboss doesn't work as good as I need) Maybe there are some plugins or softwares for this?

And one more. How to create a good stroke, like this? Maybe there are some PS styles? Gradient is ok.
