Shut Down/restart Issues

Hopefully this won't sound like a stupid question but here goes.I added RK Launcher to my desktop and was wondering if I hide my task bar,how would I shut down or restart my system?Is there anything I can add to it so it can do that?

You can do one of two things, use the windows key top access the shut down buttons or use iShut and drag a shortcut on the dock.

Also, you can use the keyboard shortcut Alt+F4.
