Win Roll Application Vs Left Side +-x Rate Topic: -----

anyone can help me? how to make win roll works on a left side +-x toolbar? i try truetransparency,leftsider, and even apple+-, but win roll is not working, so i still keep my +-x buttons on the right side of my toolbar.
