The one good thing about Windows Vista Themes is that customization is entirely possible. And when you can customize you can naturally personalize...

1 Click on the taskbar Windows icon to open the Vista start menu. Click on "Control Panel," and then click on "Appearance and Personalization."
2 Click on "Personalization," and then click on "Theme." This opens the Theme window.
3 Click on the arrow beneath "Theme" and select your theme from the list. If you have installed third-party or custom themes, they will show up in this menu.
4 Click on "Apply," and then click "Ok." Close the window. The changes should take place immediately. If they do not, try restarting your computer.
