I've been using
TheWeather desklet for ages, and all of a sudden it's no longer giving a read-out, as if my internet connection is down (which it's not). When I go to the link that is used in the config (which is
here) it gives me the following error:
<error>
<err type="14">Missing XOAP 'link' parameter in request.</err>
</error>
I haven't changed anything in the config, it just started doing this yesterday. Is there a way to fix this to get it working again? Thanks.

Has anyone seen any update on this subject? My weather desklet isn't working either, so I'm assuming all SysStats weather desklets are being affected by this, no?

You will need to change the url for the xml feed to include &link=xoap&prod=xoap.
This should fix the error that you're seeing.
On a side note, the extended forecast is only the current + next 4 days.
Or, you can change the url to reference xml.weather.com instead of xoap.weather.com
This method will keep the extended forecast as it was.

Mine no longer works either. I tried entering a different address but it still doesn't work. Anyone know a fix?

So what exactly has to be copied over. I tried changing the URL and it's not working. Please give an example.
EDIT: I got it now. I was changing the wrong URL.
Thanks
