Hi,
I have a problem with the program RKLauncher. Yesterday, we adjust the program, then it stopped working ..
I restart Windows and RKLauncher not loaded (but the process appeared in the tab "Process" in Task Manager: rklauncher.exe).

I remove the RK of the computer, I downloaded the program again but it is only a 'black bar', as shown in Figure attach.
Is there a .REG file to return all settings RKLauncher?

What version of RKL did you install? There is no real installer, as the application can be run as a standalone.
I would suggest you find where it was installed and delete the complete folder, and start again. No entries should be written into the registry.
Use the version here, extract the files to any new folder and run the exe file, RKL should now work properly.

..not really an installer .. (thanks for clarifying for me).
Well, i first installed the "LeopardXP_BricoPack_by_nobodyuse.exe" PACK (which includes several programs to let Windows face of MAC, including the RK Launcher).
After installing, I was changing some settings in RK Launcher .. then it stopped working ... I then restart Windows. The RK Launcher does not appear, but in the Task Manager, the process had RKLauncher.exe.

Then i exclude the original folder C: \ Program Files \ RK Launcher and I downloaded the RK (you showed me). Thus: C: \ Program Files \ RK Launcher ... containing the new files.
I started the RK Launcher manually but nothing appeared. So did the test:

1: I changed my display settings to 800x600
2: Then, I returned to 1024x768 and the black bar RK "appeared (as in picture attached). When I click the button "minimize" in any window, made the transition as if everything was normal but, this transition goto this 'black bar'.

Also changed to 16bits but does not work =\.;

in the folder 'RK Launcher'.. the file icons.conf is null (i open it with notepad). Normal?.;

2 choices here, uninstall the pack and start again, personally I've never been a great fan of these, they do too many things at once.
Or roll your system back using system restore to a point where everything worked.
The item.conf file shouldn't be empty.
