Go start -> All Programs -> FlyakiteOSX -> Tools -> Current User Settings and change the icon size to 48. You'll have to restart I think, but I'm sure that would work.
If not run the installer, update the System Files and then follow the steps to the option where it asks for icon sizes. Make it 48.

Damn, I was sure it would. See I had the same problem with my Last.fm after I installed Flyakite and it worked.
Make sure your PC is updated, restart your computer and see if that does anything. (I doubt it)
Maybe another user here can help us out, if not you should try uninstalling then reinstalling and if THAT doesn't work then uninstall Flyakite, and download all it's features individually. I don't use Flyakite anymore, but I've got all the features of it basically.
EDIT: Just to be sure, this is the error message you're getting?
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
