I've long tried to install this skin, the problem is that system32 is not to replace shell32.dll, I need some program or dll?

I think you need to do that in safe mode, but I'm not exactly sure how. I have seen on the internet on many forums saying you need to do it in Safe Mode

No, you can do too in Normal mode...just rename "old" shell32.dll from C:\Windows\System32\ ;)
