3/11/09 Edit:(What I learned. You have to create a new frame in the .ini for a separator bar to show up.)

Here is another problem, but much worse. In the pic (Black menu graphic), you can clearly see that the aligment grid for this particular .ini is -way- off. I've tried to manually drag each block to the graphic, and position them with their respected points on the grid coresponding to it's element, but it still fails to render correctly after a save. Even if I manually position the blocks like some of the blocks I was successful with in the "Silver graphic pic, the render is still messed up with this one. It improves, but still off by quite a bit. I can't correct the ini to match. Does anyone know how to use the skinner to snap the grid into proper alignment, or if thats possible? Does the Frame tool have something to do with it?
3/11/09 Edit:(What I learned. You have to create new frames, elements, and areas in the .ini to line everything up correctly Basically, starting over.)

3/11/09 Edit: ( What I learned. If an existing .ini file is as far off on the grid as the pic directly above, and below shows, you have to start over, and rebuild all the fames, element, and areas.)

Ok. I think I'm getting the hang of it, but Holy cow, What a learning curve! This is complicated. I must be doing something right cause my image seems to pass the stetch test in the Frame window. That part was hard to figure out. My image kept spliting, or breaking up. Know wonder there are no tutorials for this anywhere.

I did it! Rebuilt the .ini.
The skin works perfectly, and is super fast, and smooth, but as you can see in the pic, the menu is right on top of the task bar. None of the top, and bottom adjustments in the skinner are changing this. I have noticed other skins -present- higher above the task bar. If anyone knows the solution, please post.
3/11/09 Edit: See solution below. Figured it out.
2)I couldn't Place a dot at the edge of the sub menu that indicate more menus in that direction. I remedied this with overlap. I haven't been able to figure out how to get the dot to show on the edge.
3/12/09 Edit: Figured it out. Need to make a frame for that arrow, and enbed it into the slider bar, then select it to Frame Item with submenu.
Zip file. Give it a try.

I think I discovered the reason my "Test Skin" is rendering low on the task bar. That first Red box drawn in the skinner window is very important. It sets the geometry for the rest of the grid to be drawn, consequently the geometry in the Frame window will line up perfectly given the same technique as the grid built in the skinner window. The X axis, and Y axis numbers are there for a reason LOL.. This new skin is coming out better, and the menu is off the task bar. Most of the structure work is done in the Frame window. In others words, the frames, and elements are made in the Frame window.

Done! "Desert Sand"
This skin has an arrow in the slider bar, and Flipping menu arrows. Works great.
