Hi A Question About Copying A Web Site Design? Rate Topic: -----

Hello,

I am a amatuer web designer and I was wondering if you surf the web , you visit sites and like their design and set up are you allow to built a site of your own copying the other web sites design.
I don't mean copying exactly pixel for pixel / code for code but very close different colors and minor changes to design.. is thisl legal or does it break some standard of web designs?

Most Websites have a similar layouts, but using basically the same designs or accurate layouts is seen as plagiarism, If the website knew they will be likely to be pretty peeved. Try to be original even if it takes a long time to make one up! :P

btw, what programs do you use for graphics/html coding?
