3 Questions (taskbar Doesnt Stay Hidden + Opened Programs Q)

The windows xp taskbar...

Im having a problem, sometimes when I close a program, the taskbar will reappear again. It happens randomly but it's annoying that it doesnt dissapear again until I go into RK Launcher's settings and untick/re-tick the "hide taskbar" option.

Opening programs

My second question, is it possible to have programs appear on RK Launcher instantly without having to minimize them? So when I open firefox for example, a minimized window will already be on RK Launcher without having to minimize it? Sometimes I open 2 programs and forget to minimize one of them, then it gets lost in the background.
