ok i'm sure this has been asked before but how do i create a pidl shortcut for a file/folder on avedesk? i just donwloaded avedesk so i'm new to it. thanks.

ok and i also downloaded the ah's weather 1.o desklet and how do i install it? there aren't any directions.
