Desklets don't update Rate Topic: -----

Avedesk, seems to be an interesting customization tool... but i haven;t been able to use it so far. Have tried v1.4 and moved back to v1.3 without much success:

1) All desklets show 'static' information - don't update at all e.g. clock shows 0:00; ip address is same (and incorrect) on both my laptop and desktop; calendar shows Jan 1, ...

2) Execution of register.bat and later unregister.bat never succeeds in v1.4 (this isn;t case with v1.3)

I am running WindowsXP SP2 (on laptop) and SP3 (on desktop) with DirectX9c (Nov 2008). Since desklets seemed to be scripts I updated the WSH to v5.7 without any change in luck.

Any suggestions?

Currently I am running v1.3 but would like to use v1.4.
