The minimize/maximize/close buttons at the top right of every window are supposed to be yellow/green/red, but mine are all grey. Is there some way to change this? I've looked in the settings and can't seem to find any solution. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Does this happen to you for all windows, or just everything but the active window you're working with?
