XnView can open .icns files and is freeware. Haven't tried to use convert .icns to .ico files, but converts to .png just fine.

Thanks a lot for your reply, i appreciate it. Howerver i tried that and i couldnt get it to work.

Could somebody please upload the png or the iconfiles?
