I'm running 10.3.9 and looking for a dock skinning program to make the dock look like Leopards.
Is there any or can I edit the docks background by going into settings or anything.

On mac 10.3.9? wow...why u use that ancient OS?
why u not try 10.4 maybe? U can find many dock app for customization for that version of Mac OS.

hmm...Superdocker might work on 10.3...there's also Candybar 3.
