What do you use for the News Page Rate Topic: -----

I'm part of the staff on a forum using your lovely Auqa-Soft V-bull theme. We would like to a a front New Page to the site and have a matching theme, do you use wordpress or what? I s there a theme available for what you use?

Kinda figured that out, we have been using CMPS vBadvanced which we mistakingly deleted a few to many files right when we finished it so we will have to start over. Is there any reason to use CMS instead of CMPS
