I have 3 JTL Versalight 300 strobes that I have been using for portrait work with my 35mm Nikon. Can these lights be used if I get a Digital Camers??? Or do Digital cameras require special studio lights ???

Thanks for your help.

I'm not a 100% on lights/flashes for camera's but I would say that the attachment from the lights to the camera would have to match i guess.

you can easily set your lighting the way you want it. For adjusting your lighting ratios, you will need a flash meter or just use your D70s and adjust the exposures until they are what you want.
