Anyone know of a program downloadable for windows that converts apple binary code to windows binary code so that I can download an apple program or even mac os x leopard and convert the files to run on windows?

Vice versa with apps like Crossover, but Mac Apps are firmly remaining on the OSX platform, sorry! ;) Oh and it's illegal to run Leopard on non-mac hardware, btw.

Hmmm true, I saw this video time ago, and thought that MacDrive could install Mac apps, but thanks to my sh*tty internet, I couldn't see the video again :S . But still I think that is possible to code Apple to Windows, I just don't know how XD

It's possible in the same way wine lets you run windows on linux. Barely, and not going to happen.
