The program works great except I have two Mac docks on the desktop, one on top of the other. Only one is accessible. Anyone know how I can just have one dock? Thanks!

Using Task Manager, find RK Launcher and close it. Find where the dock is saved and delete the file.

Thank you for your help. Do you know how I would be able to locate where the dock is saved?

If you've used FlyaKite I'd suggest you start in program files.
Right click your C drive and use the search function. There should be two instances of RKL somewhere on your PC.
If all else fails, check your start up processes, using something like CCleaner.

do a search for "RKLauncher.exe" in all your drives.

I did everything you guys recommended but still no luck. There are two other RKL files, aside from RKLauncher.exe, on my computer ("RKLauncher.dll and RKLauncher.conf) but they can not be deleted (nor should I delete them since I dont think these are the dock files). Also, whenever I click on RKLauncher.exe, another dock simply pops up, there is no menu or anything like that. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

If you right click the dock, at the separator, you should be able to exit each dock.
Next you'll need to delete one of the RK Launcher instances (exe files, dlls conf etc), if you've got 2 of everything.
Not sure how you've managed to get 2 sets of the dock installed.

That should most defiantly fix it

...so why did you need to post?

Do you have 2 entries in startup, by any chance?

startup could be the Autostart folder in start menu, or a link in the registry for current user or local machine. you should check that too!
