I'm running Windows XP and I would like to have my folders, like this..
I have used a program to do this once before, I think it was called Findxer or something like that, but I could never get it to work properly. Could someone help, by providing a program to do this and a tutorial please? Or help from yourself.

FindeXer is the closest you'll ever get. How could you not get it to work properly? It's rather simple to install and hella easy to configure.

Thanks.
I don't really remember what my problem was before. Is there a good tutorial + icons to use?

Ah, I think I remember where I had problems before.
I managed to get it working. But, what colours, settings do I have to change to make it almost exact to the Mac version?

That color is good for the background. The 16px states of a good icon would be perfect.

Thank you for the links. I think that's the tutorial I used last time.
However this time, I don't seem to have some of the options mentioned in that tutorial. Is there only one version of FindXer?

This is how my FindeXer looks like. It's fine as it is, I just want the option for it to start every time I open My Documents, Music etc. but it doesn't, so I have to go to View, FindeXer etc. According to the tutorial in kinsemons post, there should be another tab, but i don't have one.
Sorry for the double post.

Looks like you've not got the latest version, grab it from
here.
Remember to follow the instruction regarding un-installing the previous version before installing the new version.

That's where I got the current version I have, which I thought was the newer version. Mind pointing me in the direct direction of the new one, like a link the download, please?
edit: NEVERMIND. I got the newer version. However, every time I right click and change the icon, it closes the folder and restarts my taskbar. and isn't changed, why?
edit2: It turns out.. believe it or not.. it crashed because I right clicked the option from the drop down menu instead of left clicked ._.
